Eligibility and research use

You must be eighteen or older and ordering on behalf of a research setting. Every item is supplied for laboratory research use only, is not for human or veterinary consumption, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Confirming that statement at checkout is a condition of the order.

Ordering with the intent to consume the material, to administer it to a person or an animal, or to resell it for either purpose is prohibited and is grounds for cancelling the order.

Product information

A listing states the product name, the category, the nominal vial size, the SKU, the price, and the stock count held in the ordering system. It does not state purity, composition, analytical results, batch identity, or any other specification, and none of those should be inferred. Prices

Prices are shown per vial in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping and any tax or duty. The prices currently loaded in this catalog are provisional and may be corrected before an order is invoiced. The invoice governs the amount actually payable, and you may cancel the order at no cost if a corrected price is not acceptable to you.

Volume discounts are applied per line: five percent from three units of one size, ten percent from five, and fifteen percent from ten. Discounts do not combine across different sizes or different products.

Orders and stock

Submitting the checkout form records an order and reserves the stock against it. An order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale, and it may be declined or cancelled before shipping, for example where stock is not actually available, where a price was wrong, or where the order cannot be lawfully fulfilled. If an order is declined, the reserved stock is released.

Payment

No payment processor is connected to this store and no payment is taken on this site. Orders are recorded with a pending payment status and an invoice with payment instructions is issued separately. Orders are released for packing once payment clears.

Shipping, title and risk

Shipping is quoted on the invoice rather than at checkout, because the quote depends on the destination and the handling the order requires. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Because these are research materials whose handling after delivery cannot be verified, shipped orders are not accepted back into stock. Where the wrong item was sent, where an item arrives damaged, or where an item is missing, report it within seven days of delivery and the order will be corrected or credited.

Your legal responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming that ordering, importing, holding and using a material is lawful where you are, and for obtaining any institutional approval, licence, or permit that applies. You agree to indemnify the store against claims arising from your use, handling, storage, transfer, or disposal of anything ordered through it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and everything sold through it are provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and there is no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and the courts of Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
